This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, overseeing relationships from the onboarding phase through to renewal.
• Facilitate client meetings, claims reviews, and stewardship sessions, delivering actionable insights regarding claim performance, trends, and outcomes.
• Assess the quality of claims handling and TPA performance, ensuring compliance with best practices, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with adjusters, supervisors, and leadership to address escalations and enhance claim results.
• Evaluate claims data (including frequency, severity, lag time, and expenses) to propose strategies for cost containment and program optimization.
• Assist in the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition for claims handling and reporting.
• Support contract management, renewals, and financial reconciliation, encompassing claim costs and program performance.
• Engage in sales presentations and finalist meetings, highlighting claims expertise and service offerings.
• 3–7+ years of experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or claims organization.
• Strong expertise in auto liability, general liability, and/or workers’ compensation claims.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing, consultative, or account management position.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as AIC, CPCU, or equivalent are advantageous.
