This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Fosters strong relationships with clients both inside and outside the organization.
• Possesses specialized knowledge and expertise in the Executive Risk lines of coverage (D&O, EPLI, Crime, Cyber).
• Participates in various presentations, including new business initiatives, RFPs (for clients and TPAs), claim reviews, and renewals.
• Cultivates a strong understanding of IMA's computer systems and programs.
• Supports the Claim Manager in onboarding, training, and developing claim staff.
• Builds and enhances relationships at local, regional, and national levels with carriers, TPAs, legal resources, consultants, and others.
• Leads and contributes to Claim Projects and other assigned tasks.
• Attends insurance-related seminars, including but not limited to continuing education classes.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior claims experience in Executive Risk and/or Property coverage is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience that meets the educational requirements.
• Proficiency or aptitude in systems, particularly Applied Epic, as well as Carrier and TPA platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office products is preferred/required (notably PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Exceptional technical skills and in-depth knowledge of coverage and claims handling.
• Moderate travel is required (25-50%).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills are necessary.
• Ability to engage in discussions and resolve claim issues with clients and insurance carriers.
