Claim Advisor – Auto Total Loss

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and research to determine the value of vehicles using various methodologies.

• Examine and assess documents from both internal and external sources pertaining to the vehicle evaluation process and our insured clients.

• Comply with and uphold departmental standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders and ensure prompt and fair resolution of claims.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of experience in a position related to auto insurance.

• Currently enrolled in, or willing to pursue, CIP designation.

• Familiarity with automotive terminology, the car market, and auto estimates.

• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

• Experience with total loss claims is considered a valuable asset.

• Completion of ICAR courses is regarded as an additional benefit.
