Civil Litigation Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparing petitions, responses, legal statements, appeals, and memorials for cases of moderate complexity;

• Engaging in hearings and delivering oral arguments;

• Updating and overseeing legal case management systems (LegalBox);

• Formulating case strategies, pinpointing risks, opportunities, and legal solutions for intricate matters;

• Drafting technical legal documents that demonstrate a high degree of legal reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• ***__Bachelor's degree in Law, with current OAB membership.__***

• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation.

• Strong understanding of Civil Law, Consumer Law, and Civil Procedure;

• Experience in managing a substantial caseload.

• Postgraduate specialization in Civil Procedure or Private Law.
