Civil Design Manager – Site Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Leads and oversees team members regarding the technical elements of projects, ensuring effective coordination among all disciplines involved.

• Plans and manages the quality assurance process for project deliverables.

• Serves as a consultative resource to clients for resolving project-related issues.

• Enhances and further cultivates expertise in specific design areas.

• Conducts senior-level design evaluations for various projects within the team and provides guidance on technical matters.

• May support the preparation of project studies by creating drawings, sketches, or gathering relevant data.

• Encourages efficiencies in the production of high-quality work.

• Oversees and evaluates the assignments of junior staff members.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.

• Associate Degree in Drafting required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with CAD software, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Proficient project management skills for managing medium-sized projects.
