Civil Design Manager – Site Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversees quality assurance and quality control for the team.

• Conducts senior-level design reviews for the team.

• Participates in client meetings.

• Guides and manages project staff regarding the technical aspects of projects.

• May require travel to job sites during various stages of construction.

• Operates in diverse terrain and weather conditions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team.

• Associate Degree in Drafting.

• A decade of experience with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D).

• Project Management abilities for medium-sized projects.
