Civil CAD Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and modify CAD drawings for federal projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

• Ensure compliance of all drawings with industry standards and project specifications.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on drawings to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation, reports, plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.

• Work closely with mechanical, civil, and structural engineers, as well as project managers, to fully grasp project requirements and objectives.

• Convert design concepts and engineer feedback into detailed drawings.

• Incorporate markups and revisions as directed by team members to maintain current plans.

• Support the fulfillment of client requirements and adherence to project timelines in collaboration with the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in AutoCAD software.

• An Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong ability to collaborate within a team.

• A basic understanding of federal principles is preferred.
