City Manager — Market Entry & Site Responsibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You are responsible for planning and overseeing the entire setup of your location, covering both commercial and operational aspects.

• You will recruit your own team of care assistants, guiding them and fostering their professional growth.

• You will systematically develop the customer base and ensure a seamless launch and coordination of care services.

• You will implement our established approach, tailoring it to local needs and providing insightful feedback for ongoing improvements.
