This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Ensure the consistent operation of the Citrix farm (on-premises)
• Provide 2nd level support for the Citrix infrastructure
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to user profiles, sessions, and Citrix applications
• Troubleshoot connection drops, performance issues, and application errors
• Conduct daily monitoring and oversight of the Citrix environment
• Review system resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage
• Analyze event logs and manage alerts and alarms
• Collaborate with internal support and infrastructure teams
• Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures
• Several years of experience in 2nd level support within a Citrix environment
• Familiarity with profile management solutions such as FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management, or similar technologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server along with Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
• Experience in profile and session management
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex Citrix environments
• Knowledge of Citrix Studio and PowerShell is a plus
• Experience in administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is advantageous
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools is beneficial
• A high level of personal responsibility and an independent, reliable working style
• Team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
• Analytical thinker with a structured approach
• Fluent in German
