
CIPP CCTV & Cutter Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Foster and advocate for a robust safety culture among all employees, vendors, and customers by adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Recognize and report workplace hazards, and take action or request assistance to rectify unsafe practices or conditions. Cease work in areas with identified health or safety issues until they are resolved.
β’ Execute routine CCTV/CIPP lining operations on a diverse range of underground pipe systems, including sewer, wastewater, and storm lines.
β’ Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, equipment guidelines, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to maintain a secure working environment.
β’ Assist with line cleaning, CIPP liner installation, and the robotic reinstatement of sewer service laterals.
β’ Collaborate closely with the crew on daily site activities, such as site setup, installation support, and job site cleanup as directed by the Foreman.
β’ Configure, operate, and maintain CCTV/CIPP equipment to ensure effective and reliable performance in the field.
β’ Engage in hands-on fieldwork outdoors under varying weather and temperature conditions.

β’ Assume additional responsibilities as necessary to support project success and team objectives.
β’ A valid Class 3 driverβs license with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record for the past five years.
β’ Proficient in operating a camera truck to support field operations.
β’ Practical experience with industry equipment and technology, such as CUES cameras, Schwalm cutters, and PipeTech systems.
β’ Physically capable of undertaking demanding fieldwork, including working in confined spaces and in various weather conditions.
β’ Able to work independently, effectively troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions in the field.
β’ Familiarity with confined space entry, CIPP lining, and construction safety practices.
β’ Competent in reading and comprehending maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety guidelines.
β’ Capable of following directions and completing tasks with minimal supervision, including those related to safety protocols, equipment operation, maintenance, installation methods, and crew mobilization.
β’ Strong foundational math skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, encompassing handwritten and digital formats.
β’ Flexible and adaptable regarding work hours and schedules, including the willingness to travel when necessary.
β’ Reliable transportation for daily commutes to the Concord, ON office.
β’ Willing and able to obtain and maintain membership with Labourers International Union of North America (LiUNA) Local 183.
