This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning models aimed at generating significant impact and value for the business.

• Employ advanced statistical methods for the exploration, visualization, and interpretation of data, converting complexity into actionable insights.

• Utilize AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in daily tasks to enhance coding speed, create tests, and document projects.

• Rigorously monitor the performance of developed solutions, interpreting complex metrics and suggesting continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with engineering to support pipelines and deploy models in Cloud environments, ensuring scalability.

• Present technical and business results in a structured manner, translating "mathematical jargon" for stakeholders and business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for analyzing and manipulating large volumes of data.

• Strong knowledge in descriptive and inferential statistics, as well as in-depth data analysis.

• Solid experience with predictive modeling, training algorithms, interpreting results, and evaluating performance metrics.

• Proven proficiency in using AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) for code optimization, testing, and documentation.

• Familiarity with code versioning (Git), collaborative workflows, and practical experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Ability to prioritize tasks, act autonomously, and deliver results quickly.

• Critical thinking skills to deeply understand business problems and creativity to develop solutions that meet various needs.
