📋 Description

• Develop exploratory analyses, statistical modeling, and machine learning models to support business decisions.

• Build, validate, monitor, and document predictive, prescriptive, and/or segmentation models according to the needs of partner areas.

• Translate business problems into analytical hypotheses, metrics, experiments, and data-driven solutions.

• Prepare, process, and integrate structured and unstructured databases, ensuring the quality, traceability, and reproducibility of analyses.

• Communicate technical results clearly to business audiences, providing actionable recommendations and measuring impact.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and technology teams to implement analytical solutions into production when applicable.

• Contribute to best practices in versioning, documentation, governance, ethical data usage, and continuous improvement of analytical processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.

• Practical experience in data science, advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

• Strong knowledge of applied statistics, model validation, performance metrics, and result interpretation.

• Experience with libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, and notebook environments.

• Familiarity with code versioning using Git and best practices for organization, documentation, and reproducibility.

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize analyses, and generate recommendations focused on business impact.
