Chiller Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled and reactive service, maintenance, repairs, and commissioning on centrifugal and large-capacity water-cooled and air-cooled chillers (from all OEMs).

• Identify mechanical and control challenges and apply effective solutions.

• Accurately complete service documentation in a timely manner.

• Participate in the on-call/standby roster as needed.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and practical training to junior technicians and apprentices.

• Cultivate strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Adhere to all company, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.

• Actively engage in technical training programs and service meetings.

• Contribute to business expansion by identifying service opportunities and proposing solutions to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

• Current EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (or its equivalent).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Extensive experience with centrifugal chillers and other commercial HVAC systems.

• Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting.

• Exceptional time management and customer service abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Positive and proactive attitude toward safety and technical excellence.
