This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate the training and technical assistance needs of partners involved in child protection, missing children, and victim services.
• Create and implement training, curricula, and practical tools for multidisciplinary teams that support children and families.
• Facilitate collaboration among law enforcement, child protective services, prosecutors, medical and mental health providers, and advocacy organizations.
• Assist partners in enhancing protocols, case coordination, victim-centered approaches, and program effectiveness.
• Provide specialist qualifications and a narrative of past performance for WIL grant and sponsored research submissions when permitted.
• Significant experience in child protection, response to missing and exploited children, support for child abuse investigations, or victim services for children.
• Proven experience in delivering training or technical assistance to professionals serving children in a multidisciplinary context.
• Strong skills in facilitation, curriculum development, and report writing.
• Willingness to engage in full-time employment or project-based contractual work.
• Primarily remote with travel required for partner engagements and fieldwork.
• Familiarity with Children's Advocacy Centers, forensic interviewing programs, or professional development aligned with the Victims of Child Abuse Act (preferred).
• Understanding of trauma-informed and victim-centered practice standards (preferred).
• Previous experience in research, public sector, or nonprofit technical assistance work that can be referenced (preferred).
