This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Deliver Child Care Aware services across Dakota, Scott, and Carver Counties.
β’ Advocate for the Parent Aware Quality Rating and Improvement System.
β’ Enlist Early Childhood programs to participate in the Parent Aware initiative.
β’ Offer high-quality coaching and technical support to licensed Early Childhood programs.
β’ Show dedication to engaging with diverse communities.
β’ Accurately complete and manage documentation and tools to monitor progress and evaluate outcomes.
β’ Participate in all mandatory training sessions or as instructed by the supervisor.
β’ Execute additional tasks as assigned or delegated.
β’ A Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Early Childhood, Child Development, Parent Education, or a related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
β’ 2-3 years of relevant experience.
β’ Consideration will be given to additional related experience in lieu of a degree.
