This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Possess foundational knowledge in mental health, particularly concerning children and adolescents, as well as psychology and medical science.
• Capable of conducting initial assessment tests, interviews, and mental status evaluations to accurately diagnose psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents.
• Provide guidance to parents on fostering positive behaviors in their children, enabling them to thrive within society.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive interdisciplinary care.
• Keep precise patient records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Engage in consultation and supervision meetings.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
• Participate in company-sponsored conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or its equivalent from an institution accredited by the Medical Council.
• A valid license to practice as a medical professional.
• Certification demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field of psychiatry.
• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions remotely.
• Familiarity with assessment tools, including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently as required.
