This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents aged 3–19.
• Assess and treat ADHD throughout various developmental stages utilizing standardized assessment tools and collateral information.
• Address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies for ADHD, encompassing parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management strategies.
• Support caregivers and coordinate care with educational institutions and prescribing professionals.
• Conduct suicide risk evaluations and develop safety plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatry and psychology professionals.
• Offer remote care via a Pennsylvania healthcare partner.
• Prioritize patient care while receiving support for administrative tasks, licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and IT.
• An active LCSW license in Pennsylvania is preferred, though not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents after obtaining independent licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week during EST hours, Monday through Friday.
• Experience and readiness to treat patients aged 3 and above.
• Background in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders.
• Proven experience in diagnosing ADHD across various developmental stages.
• Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and the process of collateral gathering.
• Skilled in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions.
• Capacity to coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers.
• Competence in conducting suicide risk assessments and formulating safety plans.
• Successful completion of the ASWB exam for independent clinical licensure.
• Must live in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
• Familiarity with ACT and DBT principles and integrated care environments is preferred but not required.
