Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient virtual psychiatric services to children and adolescents as a member of a coordinated care team.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop medication treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management for children and teenagers.

• Collaborate with the InStride care team, as well as outpatient pediatricians and psychiatrists when relevant.

• Engage in clinical team meetings aimed at enhancing patient care, fostering collaboration, and promoting education.

• Schedule patient appointments as necessary.

• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.

• Provide insights on improving workflows.

• Contribute innovative ideas for program development and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD licensure relevant to the clinical field.

• Willingness to obtain medical licenses as InStride extends its services to more states.

• Proficiency in medication management for children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.

• Dedication to delivering compassionate and thoughtful care.

• Capability to complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner.

• Comfort in collaborating within a care team and seeking or providing support as needed.

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

• Competence in managing sensitive and confidential information with integrity and trust.

• Basic computer proficiency.
