Chief Technology Officer – US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic business partner.

• Serve as a peer and trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business model and regulatory constraints for each product line.

• Guide and empower "mini-CTOs".

• Lead with high emotional intelligence, transparency, and stability.

• Consider each Tech Lead as an independent owner of their respective domain.

• Revitalize legacy code and integrate various applications.

• Conduct audits to thoroughly comprehend the infrastructures of our legacy applications.

• Propel practical product innovation through strategic use of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership.

• Experience in M&A and multi-platform integration.

• Expertise in legacy code.

• A product-focused engineering perspective.

• Strong emotional intelligence.

• Proficiency in cloud architecture.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work during core US Eastern Time hours.

• Direct experience in HealthTech, FinTech, LegalTech, or other highly regulated operational marketplaces (preferred).

• Familiarity with working in a US-based startup or growth-stage SaaS company while managing distributed remote teams in Latin America (preferred).

• Background in contract lifecycle management (CLM) or multi-party transaction platforms (preferred).

• Knowledge of internationalization/localization of software platforms (preferred).
