This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Construct the operational and technological foundation of a corporate group from the ground up.

• Establish the operating model and develop the technological roadmap.

• Spot opportunities for improvement.

• Digitize work preparation and introduce automated production planning.

• Lead the operations team while nurturing employee development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in industrial manufacturing.

• Preferably possess experience in a CNC environment.

• Proven operational responsibility in shaping production processes.

• Practical experience with PPS/MES, CAD/CAM, and digitization of the shop floor.

• Ideally complemented by experience in strategic consulting.
