Chief Product and Technology Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of Brightline's multi-year product and technology roadmap across all four domains.

• Lead the framework for build-vs-buy-vs-partner; set the criteria and ensure the organization adheres to the rationale behind them.

• Own the vision for technology architecture encompassing scalability, security, compliance, and long-term data infrastructure.

• Establish a continuous feedback loop with the clinical workforce to identify friction points.

• Drive operational excellence across internal systems, including incident response and management of technical debt.

• Lead, develop, and recruit a high-performing team in engineering, product, design, and IT.

• Collaborate with People & Culture on organizational design and talent strategy; work with clinical and operations leadership to ensure that technology decisions enhance care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years in progressive technology and product leadership, with at least 5 years at the executive or C-suite level.

• Proven experience in leading product and engineering within the healthcare or digital health sectors; experience in behavioral health is highly preferred.

• A successful track record of navigating build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions in a company experiencing significant growth (Series A and beyond).

• Experience overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept through clinical deployment in a regulated environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, inclusive engineering and product teams.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), EHR integrations, and HIPAA-compliant data architecture.

• Experience with multi-site care delivery models.
