• Oversee the daily operational activities of the organization
• Guarantee smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery throughout all areas of the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) business
• Propel operational excellence to enhance scalability, optimize workflows, and foster growth and innovation
• Align operations with SS&C Health’s strategic vision and ensure exceptional performance for clients, members, and stakeholders
• Report to SS&C Health’s General Manager and play a crucial role in the leadership team
• Provide leadership for PBA operations, including claims adjudication, call centers, mail/specialty pharmacy services, benefit design implementation, eligibility enrollment, and formulary operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
• Over 15 years of senior leadership experience in PBM, managed care, healthcare payer, or related healthcare operations
• Extensive knowledge of PBA services, including formulary management, rebate contracting, specialty pharmacy, and regulatory compliance
• Strong financial expertise and experience in managing P&L responsibilities
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects
• A history of promoting operational excellence and innovation
• Results-driven team player with a demonstrated ability to create significant impact across functional teams.
