Chief Operating Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and integrate the essential operating functions of Gifted Savings.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to convert the organizational vision into a well-defined operational strategy.

• Anticipate and proactively manage operational, financial, and regulatory risks.

• Oversee the organization’s financial strategy, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Direct all elements of legal, regulatory, and compliance strategies.

• Develop efficient, streamlined systems, workflows, and cross-departmental processes.

• Supervise HR operations encompassing hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, finance, or general management.

• A strong financial leader with proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.

• Experience in navigating legal, compliance, or regulatory landscapes (fintech, financial services, nonprofit).

• Capable of transforming broad concepts into clear processes, structures, and execution plans.

• Possesses both strategic insight and a hands-on approach.
