📋 Description

• Collaborate to establish and execute an operating framework that creates a consistent rhythm of goal-setting, reporting cycles, and cross-departmental accountability, eliminating reliance on any single individual.

• Lead the quarterly and annual planning process, converting growth objectives into well-defined priorities, supported resource plans, and realistic investment figures.

• Take ownership of the financial operating picture by partnering with Finance on reporting, driving the operational data infrastructure, and ensuring that the Executive Leadership Team makes decisions based on shared and accurate information.

• Intentionally define the organizational structure, identify gaps, and recruit top talent; work closely with the CEO on talent acquisition, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention strategies.

• Establish high standards and cultivate an environment where communication is open, ownership is defined, and the entire team collaborates effectively towards common goals.

• Design the procedural operations of the business and oversee implementation — including CRM configuration, customer service workflows, go-to-market tools, onboarding processes, and more.

• Manage commercial relationships with vendors, ensuring that significant contracts, compliance obligations, and operational risks are clearly assigned and proactively managed.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on growth initiatives and assist in designing and developing more effective engines for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven operational experience in a SaaS business with an ARR of $2-10M, demonstrating a trajectory of upward career growth.

• Background in building operational infrastructure in dynamic environments (high-growth, post-acquisition, founder-led, or operationally complex organizations).

• Strong sense of agency and ownership: proactive in action, thrives in ambiguity, and takes accountability for outcomes.

• Experience in people management with a proven ability to cultivate genuine followership while maintaining high performance standards.

• Strong financial literacy: comfortable analyzing a P&L, collaborating on budget creation, and translating growth objectives into actionable operating plans.

• Results-oriented and hands-on: actively develops systems, addresses operational gaps, and drives implementation in conjunction with strategic initiatives.

• Highly organized with elevated personal standards for follow-through and attention to detail.

• Clear and articulate communicator in both written and verbal forms, capable of adapting to various audiences.

• Highly skilled and innovative in integrating AI and modern tools into core workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
