Chief of Staff – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for operations and high-ambiguity executive projects, allowing the founder to concentrate on product development and growth.

• Oversee the execution of executive projects, coordinate weekly supply chain activities using Airtable, and build operating systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare and present Monday analytics reports to the founder.

• Identify issues autonomously and offer actionable recommendations for enhancements.

• Ensure that supply operations are managed independently from the founder within a 90-day timeframe and that projects are executed autonomously.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of post-graduation experience in operations, strategy, or management consulting, currently at an individual contributor level or managing a team of 1–3.

• Previous experience as one of the following: ex-founder (company operated for 12+ months); ex-management consulting analyst-to-associate (MBB or reputable regional equivalent); ex-Chief of Staff or BizOps leader at a sub-$50M startup; or ex-lead in operations, strategy, or growth at a VC-backed company.

• Proficiency in moderate-to-advanced financial modeling in Excel (verifiable; not full DCF).

• Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one operational system, process, or function developed from the ground up with a specified, measurable outcome.

• Practical experience with project management tools (such as ClickUp or Notion) and Airtable.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR); C2 is highly preferred.

• Availability for a minimum of 4–6 hours per day of overlap with AEST (UTC+10), Monday to Friday.
