Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing cross-functional strategic initiatives from inception to completion.

• Remaining engaged with performance metrics: grasping the key drivers, establishing a consistent reporting schedule, and identifying as well as leading strategic transformation efforts.

• Working collaboratively throughout the organization to create impact and resolve intricate challenges.

• Ensuring the CEO is thoroughly prepared for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee forums.

• Drafting and distributing significant company communications.

• Acting as the representative of the CEO within the organization and in pivotal forums.

• Over 5 years of experience in prestigious investment banking or consulting firms.

• Highly analytical, with a proven history of achieving results through influence and consensus-building.

• Capable of managing multiple high-value and complex projects simultaneously.

• A proactive self-starter who initiates action to deliver significant results and resolve complex challenges.

• An adept project manager and operator, organized and determined in enhancing processes.

• An outstanding communicator and stakeholder manager, capable of constructively challenging colleagues.

• Willingness to travel relatively frequently.
