This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support documentation directly for the CEO.
• Assume responsibility for ad hoc analyses addressing commercial, operational, and strategic inquiries.
• Monitor actions directed by the CEO throughout the organization and ensure their successful completion.
• Prepare briefings, board materials, and external communications.
• Oversee delivery across product, engineering, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain awareness of critical path items, dependencies, and milestone status.
• Manage the operational rhythm: weekly reviews, milestone tracking, and risk escalation.
• Serve as the integration point between functions where transitions typically falter.
• Convert CEO priorities into actionable workstreams across operations, finance, marketing, legal, and compliance.
• Address interdepartmental conflicts before they escalate to the CEO.
• Highlight issues along with proposed solutions, not merely problems.
• Create and manage executive KPI dashboards.
• Generate performance reviews, market analyses, and competitive insights.
• Synthesize data from various business units into coherent narratives for both internal and external audiences.
• A minimum of 5 years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) is highly preferred; investment banking, corporate strategy, or previous chief of staff experience will also be considered.
• An MBA from a prestigious program is preferred.
• Proficiency in Russian is required; fluency in English is essential.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and Excel are necessary.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• A history of managing complex cross-functional programs from inception to delivery.
• **What Distinguishes Candidates**
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services. Familiarity with VARA, MiCA, or similar regulatory frameworks. Prior participation in fundraising processes, due diligence, or M&A. Understanding of product development cycles.
