This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Serve as the primary support to the CEO, becoming a trusted partner in managing his time and presence throughout the organization. This includes representing him in calls and meetings when his availability is limited, overseeing calendar and inbox management, expenses and travel arrangements, and ensuring the operational week runs smoothly.
β’ Focus on people and culture by managing end-to-end HR activities, including digital transformation of processes, talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, leadership development, compensation structuring, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
β’ Collaborate with the CFO to develop the systems, rhythms, and metrics that enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team.
β’ Spearhead the AI-first transformation initiative to evolve Render into a truly AI-native operational model.
β’ Guide the leadership team through the necessary changes required to transition from our current state to our future goals.
β’ Engage with customers across various sectors such as fiber, electric, gas, and water, to gain insights into their operations, identify challenges, and determine future developments for our operating model.
β’ Experience in a fast-paced high-growth software or technology environment, ideally during a transformation process or exit strategy.
β’ Comfortable participating in discussions with the leadership team, engaging with customers, making hiring decisions, redesigning workflows, and managing calendar adjustments even at late hours.
β’ Possess deep expertise in at least two of the three main areas: People, Business Operations, and Change, coupled with a strong desire to learn the third area quickly.
β’ Previous experience working closely with a CEO or founder, or readiness to step into such a role.
β’ Recognize that the foundation of this role is built on trust, developed through attention to both minor and significant tasks, ensuring both receive equal commitment to excellence.
