πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify, develop, and execute the business strategy for the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance departments.

β€’ Establish and agree on annual revenue, sales, profit, and operational objectives for the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance teams.

β€’ Assess and guide the organization's activities to meet targets related to trading performance, quality, culture, and regulatory compliance.

β€’ Create and finalize operating procedures and business processes.

β€’ Chair senior management team meetings as required.

β€’ Foster and enhance the organizational culture, values, and reputation.

β€’ Report to relevant stakeholders regarding business strategy planning, outcomes, and performance for the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance department.

β€’ Serve as the organization's representative in external dealings.

β€’ Supervise direct reporting staff.

β€’ Actively engage in staff learning and development initiatives within the organization.

β€’ Monitor and ensure client satisfaction on ongoing projects related to the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance department.

β€’ Identify key accounts and cultivate strong, enduring relationships to secure new and repeat business.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ MD degree.

β€’ Valid medical license.

β€’ At least 15 years of relevant professional experience.

β€’ Minimum of 10 years in drug development and/or clinical research.

β€’ A minimum of 4 years in a management position.

β€’ Strong understanding of GxP.

β€’ Knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA, CFR/CTR/CTD, and applicable local regulatory standards.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

β€’ Outgoing, representative, and client-focused.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment of a growing company.

β€’ Strong leadership capabilities.

β€’ Proficient in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution.

β€’ Exceptional presentation and networking skills.

β€’ Outstanding organizational, negotiation, and financial acumen.
