This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and execute the business strategy for the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance departments.

• Establish and agree on annual revenue, sales, profit, and operational objectives for the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance teams.

• Assess and guide the organization's activities to meet targets related to trading performance, quality, culture, and regulatory compliance.

• Create and finalize operating procedures and business processes.

• Chair senior management team meetings as required.

• Foster and enhance the organizational culture, values, and reputation.

• Report to relevant stakeholders regarding business strategy planning, outcomes, and performance for the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance department.

• Serve as the organization's representative in external dealings.

• Supervise direct reporting staff.

• Actively engage in staff learning and development initiatives within the organization.

• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction on ongoing projects related to the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance department.

• Identify key accounts and cultivate strong, enduring relationships to secure new and repeat business.


⛳️ Requirements

• MD degree.

• Valid medical license.

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience.

• Minimum of 10 years in drug development and/or clinical research.

• A minimum of 4 years in a management position.

• Strong understanding of GxP.

• Knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA, CFR/CTR/CTD, and applicable local regulatory standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

• Outgoing, representative, and client-focused.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment of a growing company.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution.

• Exceptional presentation and networking skills.

• Outstanding organizational, negotiation, and financial acumen.
