📋 Description

• **Your Role**

• This position is not merely about managing agencies and reviewing dashboards; it requires a strategic thinker who can execute plans with precision.

• You will take full ownership of the entire marketing engine, encompassing brand development to pipeline management, while leading a lean team and collaborating with external resources. You will partner directly with the founder to enhance personal branding, generate demand, and establish CrewBloom as a leader in remote staffing.

• **What You’ll Own**

• 1. Growth & Demand Generation

• - Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy across the funnel

• - Take responsibility for pipeline generation targets (MQLs, SQLs, revenue contributions)

• - Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for channels

• 2. SEO & Organic Acquisition

• - Create and execute an effective SEO strategy (covering technical, content, and authority aspects)

• - Establish scalable content systems (including blogs, landing pages, and programmatic SEO)

• - Drive inbound traffic that leads to conversions

• 3. Paid Acquisition

• - Oversee and enhance paid channels (such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)

• - Conduct experiments across creatives, audience segments, and funnels

• - Scale successful initiatives quickly and eliminate ineffective ones

• 4. Outbound & Cold Email

• - Develop high-performing outbound systems (including cold emails and LinkedIn outreach)

• - Control messaging, sequencing, and deliverability

• - Collaborate with the sales team to generate pipelines

• 5. Social Media & Founder Branding

• - Manage CrewBloom’s social media presence (with a focus on LinkedIn)

• - Develop and expand the founder’s personal brand into a lead-generating asset

• - Produce content that fosters engagement, authority, and inbound leads

• 6. Team Leadership (Lean Team)

• - Lead a small, high-performing team or agency

• - Recruit, train, and develop talent as necessary

• - Collaborate with freelancers/agencies when needed, while maintaining a hands-on approach

• 7. Systems & Analytics

• - Establish dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems

• - Monitor performance across all channels

• - Make data-driven decisions on a weekly basis


⛳️ Requirements

• **What We’re Looking For**

• - A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B or services (experience in staffing and healthcare is a significant advantage)

• - A proven history of driving pipeline and revenue, rather than merely generating impressions

• - Extensive experience in multi-channel growth strategies: including SEO, paid advertising, outbound, and social media

• - A capable operator who is comfortable with writing copy, launching campaigns, and building systems independently

• - Experience in developing or scaling marketing efforts within a startup or lean environment

• - A solid grasp of LinkedIn growth and founder-led marketing strategies

• - Data-driven, experimental, and highly accountable in approach

• **What Success Looks Like (First 90–120 Days)**

• - A clear growth strategy with prioritized channels

• - Steady inbound and outbound pipeline generation

• - A functioning content engine for the founder, particularly on LinkedIn

• - Paid and organic channels demonstrating measurable success

• - Fully operational marketing dashboards
