Chief Legal Officer

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the firm's operational model and assist Harper James in scaling efficiently, consistently, and commercially.

• Oversee legal operations, spearhead AI-driven transformations within the legal teams, enhance client delivery, and establish the systems, processes, and leadership capabilities necessary for the next growth phase.

• Guide Group Heads and legal delivery teams to boost performance, consistency, and accountability.

• Create a scalable operating model focusing on capacity planning, utilization, quality, and service delivery.

• Promote the use of AI, automation, and improved workflows to enhance productivity and client outcomes.

• Enhance client experience, retention, and service standards throughout the firm.

• Cultivate leadership capabilities, succession planning, and knowledge-sharing among the legal teams.

• Direct major transformation initiatives that support growth, enhance margins, and bolster operational resilience.

• Ensure robust operational governance, risk management, and regulatory controls as the business expands.

• Proven executive-level operational leadership experience.

• Background in leading large revenue-generating teams through considerable change.

• Strong commercial insight and knowledge of how to foster scalable, profitable, and sustainable growth within a private equity-backed organization.

• Expertise in enhancing operational performance through technology and data, along with a comprehensive understanding of legal technology, workflow automation, or AI-enabled service delivery.
