This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel the Global Institute’s global AI learning agenda and create comprehensive frameworks regarding AI and the future of education.
• Investigate the influence of AI on educational objectives, transformative teaching and learning, educator collaboration, educator development, and evaluation metrics.
• Oversee and cultivate strategic partnerships with prominent AI organizations such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google.
• Establish product feedback mechanisms utilizing Teach For All’s worldwide network as a testing environment in under-resourced educational settings.
• Facilitate partnerships for complimentary or discounted software licenses, API access, hardware, and engineering assistance.
• Represent Teach For All’s viewpoints at international conferences, roundtables, and policy gatherings.
• Organize and lead the cross-functional AI Circle across global teams.
• Assist in scaling teacher and alumni AI innovations through the AI Literacy & Creator Collective.
• Support network partners in testing AI-enabled advancements in recruitment, selection, teacher training, and leadership development.
• Provide consultation on developing an AI-enabled cross-border learning network.
• Advocate for AI-use policy, child protection, data privacy, and ethical standards compliance.
• Report directly to Teach For All CEO Wendy Kopp.
• 12–15+ years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 7+ years in strategic roles focused on leading technological transformations, educational technology initiatives, or technology-sector operations.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, large language models, enterprise API integrations, RAG-based systems, and custom data infrastructure such as middleware and unified data layers.
• Proven history of developing and managing multi-million-dollar funding relationships or strategic partnerships with leading technology and/or venture capital firms.
• Deep commitment to the vision and mission of Teach For All.
• Contextual awareness of the educational and structural challenges faced by underserved, low-resource communities.
• Dedication to equity, child safety, human judgment, and culturally responsive, ethical practices.
• Demonstrated capability to align cross-functional teams without relying solely on strict hierarchical authority.
• Excellent storytelling, public speaking, and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to clearly articulate complex technical AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Comfort in leading within highly diverse, globally distributed, fully remote team settings.
• Strong cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Resume or CV along with a one-page letter of motivation in English.
• Must already have valid work and residency authorization in the country of hire; no employment visa sponsorship, immigration assistance, or work-permit/residency support.
