This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the enterprise technology strategy that aligns with business and product goals, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide counsel to the CEO and executive team regarding technology risks, opportunities, and investment focus areas.
• Set up technology governance, decision-making frameworks, standards, and operational rhythms.
• Build and guide teams across IT, security, and business platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders on incident response, problem management, change/release governance, observability, SRE/DevOps maturity, service ownership, SLAs/SLOs, and SLOs.
• Enhance availability, performance, continuous improvement, post-incident learning, and root-cause analysis.
• Manage and advance the company's security program, encompassing data protection, encryption, secrets management, secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), identity and access management, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and security awareness.
• Oversee enterprise technology risk management, including third-party and vendor risks.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and customer contractual obligations while maintaining readiness.
• Supervise audits, penetration testing, remediation programs, and risk posture reporting.
• Establish enterprise data governance, retention policies, access control, and enable analytics.
• Lead the cloud infrastructure strategy for both client-facing platforms and internal services.
• Promote FinOps practices and optimize expenditures related to cloud and SaaS services.
• Champion customer security reviews, escalations, and due diligence inquiries.
• Articulate technology strategy, system health, and risk posture to internal stakeholders as well as strategic customers or partners.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven ownership of enterprise technology strategy, operating models, and delivery mechanisms.
• Experience working in a SaaS/cloud-first environment with expectations for high availability.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead highly effective, cohesive teams.
• Extensive expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and security.
• Experience in standardizing platforms within hybrid environments.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the capability to translate technical subjects into business outcomes.
• Proven track record in regulated, mission-critical environments with robust governance, controls, and audit/exam readiness.
• Experience in leading M&A technology integration processes, including due diligence, Day-1 readiness, and post-close stabilization.
• Experience in facilitating a globally distributed workforce through secure end-user services and scalable support operations.
• Ability to meet applicable work requirements for a role based in the United States.
