This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Ciullo’s growth roadmap across multiple entities.
• Introduce and enhance AI-driven HR tools for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce analytics.
• Create scalable, intelligent people processes that transition manual workflows to AI-supported systems.
• Oversee organizational design efforts across all portfolio companies.
• Manage the recruiting strategy for both executive positions and high-volume roles across all divisions.
• Develop exceptional onboarding and training programs that enhance retention and accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Establish leadership pipelines and succession plans for all critical roles within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to formulate workforce plans and headcount models for the next 6–12 months.
• Define, safeguard, and evolve Ciullo’s culture within a distributed, multi-company framework.
• Design engagement strategies that promote belonging, accountability, and high performance.
• Spearhead the DEI strategy with measurable results rather than superficial initiatives.
• Cultivate a feedback culture utilizing real-time data and AI-driven sentiment analysis tools.
• Provide coaching and advice to the CEO and senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and team dynamics.
• Develop and lead leadership training programs for directors and higher-level positions.
• Directly mentor the SVP of HR to enhance their executive presence and readiness for CHRO responsibilities.
• Promote leadership development throughout the entire people function.
• Design competitive compensation structures that are benchmarked against the market across all business units.
• Manage benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and the total rewards philosophy.
• Ensure HR compliance with all applicable laws, labor regulations, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, headcount planning, and optimizing people costs.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a VP or C-suite role focused on people.
• Proven track record in scaling HR functions in startup or high-growth settings — you have successfully built processes from the ground up and expanded them significantly.
• Evident AI-first mindset — you utilize AI tools in your work and have executed AI-powered HR systems on a large scale.
• Experience in leading people strategy across multiple business units, departments, or portfolio companies simultaneously.
• Outstanding change management capabilities — you excel in uncertain environments and guide others through them with assurance.
• Documented ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels — you can plan for the future while still being hands-on.
• Extensive expertise in organizational design, compensation frameworks, talent acquisition, and cultural development.
• Strong executive presence and effective communication skills — you are a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards.
