This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Ciullo’s multi-entity growth plan.
• Introduce and enhance AI-driven HR tools across recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and workforce analytics.
• Develop scalable and intelligent HR processes that transition manual workflows to AI-supported systems.
• Oversee organizational design initiatives for all portfolio companies.
• Manage the recruitment strategy for both executive positions and high-volume roles across all business units.
• Create exceptional onboarding and development programs aimed at improving retention and reducing time-to-productivity.
• Establish leadership pipelines and succession plans for each critical position within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders on workforce strategies and headcount projections for the next 6–12 months.
• Define, safeguard, and cultivate Ciullo’s culture within a diverse, multi-company framework.
• Develop engagement strategies that promote a sense of belonging, accountability, and performance.
• Spearhead DEI initiatives with tangible outcomes, moving beyond performative measures.
• Foster a feedback culture driven by real-time data and AI-based sentiment analysis tools.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the CEO and senior leadership on organizational efficacy and team dynamics.
• Create and lead leadership development programs for directors and higher positions.
• Mentor the SVP of HR, enhancing their executive presence and preparing them for CHRO responsibilities.
• Implement leadership development practices throughout the entire HR function.
• Develop competitive compensation frameworks benchmarked against the market across all business units.
• Manage benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and total rewards philosophy.
• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal policies across all jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, headcount planning, and optimization of people costs.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a VP or C-suite role focused on people management.
• Proven track record in scaling HR functions in startup or rapidly growing environments — from inception to significant expansion.
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset — actively utilizing AI tools in your work and implementing AI-driven HR systems at scale.
• Experience in leading people strategies across multiple business units, departments, or portfolio companies simultaneously.
• Exceptional change management capabilities — thriving in uncertain situations and guiding others confidently through them.
• History of functioning at both strategic and operational levels — able to think three years ahead while also being hands-on.
• In-depth knowledge in organizational design, compensation frameworks, talent acquisition, and cultural development.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills — recognized as a trusted advisor to CEOs and board members.
