This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee and facilitate the strategic planning process in partnership with corporate, functional, and business unit leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the President and the leadership team, offering insights that foster long-term value creation and sustainable growth.
• Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial and operational goals across various industry contexts.
• Track and evaluate financial performance, providing timely, precise, and actionable reports to the President and sector leadership.
• Create and uphold metric-driven financial models that aid in investment decisions and enforce economic discipline.
• Offer financial supervision and guidance on growth initiatives, encompassing technology, sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Manage financial components of contract execution and M&A integration, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Promote efficiency and capability enhancement within the finance function, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure proper capital allocation and support initiatives that enhance financial flexibility, optimize returns, and generate sustainable cash flow.
• Advocate for talent development and succession planning within the finance team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive finance and business leadership experience, ideally across one or more of our core sectors.
• Proven capacity to influence without authority and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated success in fostering business growth and achieving financial results in complex, matrixed environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of building trust and consensus at the executive level.
• In-depth knowledge of financial statements, capital allocation, and cash flow management.
• Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: sports and entertainment, destinations, leisure, healthcare, collegiate education, senior living, restaurants, food and beverage, or facilities.
