Chief Financial Officer, Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy business.

• Evaluate and project financial, economic, and operational metrics.

• Recognize significant business and financial patterns.

• Create strategic plans for performance management.

• Facilitate financial discussions throughout the pharmacy ecosystem.

• Collaborate with operational, accounting, and revenue cycle departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant and progressive experience in corporate finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, consulting, and/or accounting.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize operations and navigate organizational change.

• Strong leadership qualities with a proven history of enhancing team capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

• An MBA and relevant experience in healthcare is preferred.
