• Ensure the financial stability and operational efficiency of the company by establishing a robust financial function.
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• FP&A: budgeting, variance analysis, and factor analysis.
• Maintain a consistent management reporting process and ensure data transparency.
• Update international accounting and external reporting processes.
• Modernize the treasury function: cash flow management, payment discipline, working capital management, and collaboration with banks and payment providers.
• Engage in tax planning and ensure compliance in international jurisdictions (direct and indirect taxes).
• Risk management and financial control: establish control procedures, manage risks, prevent losses, and oversee internal policies and their enforcement.
• Transform the financial function: reorganize processes, implement ERP systems, and automate routine tasks (RPA/AI).
• Optimize the financial-legal structure of the group: multi-entity interaction, consolidation, and cross-border operations.
• Over 8 years of experience in finance, including more than 3 years in a leadership role (CFO / Finance Director).
• Experience in international multi-entity structures: EU (must have), LATAM, Asia, USA.
• Proven track record in building or restarting a systematic financial function: accounting, treasury, financial control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience in transforming and automating financial processes: optimization, ERP/BI, and establishing data discipline and regular reporting.
• Familiarity with payment systems and cryptocurrencies as financial instruments.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills: ability to build financial processes alongside other departments (operations, sales, product, legal, etc.).
• Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP — preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Understanding of international taxation: direct and indirect taxes, fundamental compliance principles across various jurisdictions.
• Comprehension of the financial-legal structure of the group: working with multiple jurisdictions and intercompany operations.
• Proficiency in analytical and automation tools: BI (Tableau), ERP, CRM (1C, Zoho).
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Annual systematic salary review based on your achievements and market conditions.
