Chief Executive Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Navigate the Enterprise through the evolving terrain of higher education

• Serve as a liaison between the strategic goals of the boards and the operational realities faced by professional staff and volunteers

• Utilize advanced business acumen to plan, recommend, and manage complex, multi-entity budgets

• Ensure legal compliance across all four entities

• Function as a dynamic change agent equipped with vision and strategic thinking abilities

• Provide executive leadership for talent management by recruiting, developing, and mentoring a robust and esteemed leadership team

• Build strong relationships with members, volunteers, donors, and stakeholders to enhance member experience and retention

• Oversee the growth of each entity to ensure maximum support for the Alpha Chi Omega experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• An advanced degree in business, higher education, or a related field is preferred

• Current membership in good standing with Alpha Chi Omega is highly desired/preferred

• Affiliation with a sorority/fraternity is also greatly valued

• Leadership or board experience in the non-profit sector is strongly recommended

• At least 10 years of progressive, professional experience in business, association management, or other executive leadership roles, demonstrating a proven ability to lead a multi-entity organization

• Progressive leadership experience managing professional staff teams and volunteers in multi-site, remote environments
