đź“‹ Description

• The Chief Executive Officer’s main responsibility is to champion the vision and mission while devising and executing the strategy to realize it.

• In alignment with our strategy, operationalize the roadmap for programs, products, and partnerships throughout the organization.

• Represent our organization and strategy to external stakeholders and major partners to facilitate growth and implementation.

• Lead a team of approximately 13 employees, ensuring our vision is in harmony with our values and culture. Additional staffing and resources will be aligned with the growth and funding strategy proposed by the incoming CEO.

• Collaborate with the COO, VP of A&F, and General Counsel to ensure our technology offerings, DAF operations, and fund flows are secure and compliant.

• Oversee financial performance, including our path toward a sustainable revenue model within 3-5 years.

• Report to the board of directors to support the mission and involve them in the implementation of your strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of business leadership experience, including over 5 years in senior executive positions driving innovation, growth, and strategic transformation.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams through complex planning and large-scale execution across Growth, Product, and Operations functions.

• Extensive experience leveraging technology—software, platforms, and data—to achieve measurable business outcomes and operational enhancements.

• Held CEO, GM, or COO-level roles with direct responsibility for P&L, organizational performance, and significant business decisions.

• Led marketplace, platform, or product teams, including the development and scaling of systems for partnerships, payments, or services.

• Seasoned executive with external-facing experience, skilled in enhancing institutional visibility, establishing strategic partnerships, and aligning investors and stakeholders.

• Establishes bold, ambitious visions and possesses the clarity, confidence, and energy to unite teams and partners behind them.

• A strategic thinker and pragmatic operator who balances momentum with risk and vision with execution.

• Highly effective communicator across diverse audiences, including the board, team, funders, and partners.

• Merges business rigor with a deep sense of purpose, recognized for achieving results while fostering followership and shared commitment.

• Capable of adapting high-growth technology and startup methodologies to nonprofit or hybrid environments.

• Exhibits curiosity, humility, and a proactive approach—driven to create systems that amplify impact and encourage generosity.

• Functions with integrity, decisiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility, particularly in dynamic or resource-limited settings.

• A former tech founder, marketplace executive, or growth-stage GM eager to lead an initiative with lasting social significance.

• A serial CEO from various sectors, now seeking to leave a legacy through impactful work.

• A mission-driven operator, intrapreneur, or government leader ready to take the helm and drive substantial change as CEO.
