This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and oversee the company's initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity.

• Identify systemic challenges and propose actionable solutions that foster diversity and inclusion.

• Facilitate constructive and respectful dialogues about diversity within the organization.

• Organize training and development programs designed to educate employees on diversity and inclusion.

• Collaborate with HR to ensure that hiring practices are free from discrimination.

• Prepare reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of diversity initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the role of Chief Diversity Officer or a similar position.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective diversity initiatives.

• Strong grasp of current concepts and best practices related to diversity and inclusion.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a closely related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
