Chief Digital Health Officer

📋 Description

• Act as the principal executive physician representative for Rackspace

• Cultivate relationships with executives in hospitals, payers, and life sciences

• Direct the clinical strategy for Rackspace’s Enterprise AI projects

• Provide guidance to clients regarding the financial aspects of digital transformation

• Assist clinical leaders in grasping transition strategies

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

• Represent Rackspace at industry conferences and during keynote speeches

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree

• Over 12 years of advancing healthcare leadership experience

• Minimum of 7 years in clinical informatics, digital health, or health IT

• Hands-on experience managing or advising on significant technology budgets

• Comprehensive understanding of health system profit and loss structures and capital allocation

• Proven history of successfully delivering major digital initiatives such as EMR or ERP implementations

• Familiarity with public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructures

• Practical experience with clinical decision support systems, analytics, and emerging generative AI technologies

• Proficient in communicating effectively with clinical, technical, and financial stakeholders
