This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process, starting from lead generation and qualification through to closing deals.
• Perform proactive outreach using LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with high-value prospects in the Node.js ecosystem.
• Excel in managing the conversion funnel by guiding prospects through solution development and throughout the entire customer journey.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to showcase how our platform integrates with IDEs, addressing complex debugging and security issues.
• Regularly achieve and surpass KPIs that focus on engagement with contacts, pipeline conversion, and Total Contract Value (TCV).
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, qualification, and outbound sales development.
• Significant experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques.
• Proficient in professional English, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to work within the CST timezone, with some flexibility for core team overlap.
• Strong technical knowledge, enabling discussions about software performance and security tools.
• A self-motivated individual equipped to independently manage a remote sales pipeline.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Active experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack.
• Experience in selling developer tools, observability platforms, or cybersecurity solutions.
