Field CTO – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Participate in introduction and discovery calls with enterprise prospects.

• Lead discussions on architecture and technical validation.

• Convert Unframe’s foundational architecture into tailored customer solutions.

• Tackle technical objections effectively.

• Represent Unframe at executive briefings, conferences, and industry gatherings.

• Present engaging technical presentations and conduct live architecture sessions.

• Develop repeatable demo narratives customized by vertical and persona.

• Produce thought leadership materials such as talks, workshops, and articles.

• Establish standardized frameworks for:

• Technical pitches

• Demo sequences

• Objection-handling playbooks

• Verticalized narratives

• Ensure consistency and excellence across field technical engagements.

• Work closely with Sales on deal strategies.

• Offer structured field feedback to the Product team.

• Assist in refining positioning against consultancies, point tools, and orchestration stacks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior technical leader with extensive enterprise AI experience and significant customer-facing exposure (Field CTO, VP Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or similar).

• Profound understanding of:

• LLM architectures

• AI orchestration frameworks

• Enterprise integrations

• Security and deployment models

• Proven experience in enterprise sales cycles.

• A strong team builder with a history of hiring and guiding technical talent.

• An exceptional communicator who simplifies complex ideas while maintaining credibility.

• Experience in public speaking or published technical thought leadership.

• Background in data-intensive industries (financial services, real estate, enterprise services).

• Proven experience in developing technical enablement programs.
