📋 Description

• Advocate for AI initiatives throughout the organization and with external partners.

• Establish and implement an AI strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.

• Create and introduce services and products centered around AI technologies.

• Lead the creation of AI-driven solutions and platforms.

• Propel targeted sales and delivery efforts that are in line with the AI strategy.

• Supervise dedicated teams focused on sales and delivery for AI projects.

• Collaborate with industry and service line teams to foster growth and enhance profitability.

• Represent the organization in industry events and client interactions as an AI thought leader.

• Stay updated on AI trends to ensure the organization leads in innovation.

• Work alongside industry vertical teams to uncover AI opportunities.

• Collaborate with service line leaders to incorporate AI into current offerings.

• Promote cross-functional teamwork to accelerate the adoption and impact of AI.

• Design and execute programs to attract top talent in AI.

• Create initiatives to recruit and enhance skills in AI technologies.

• Develop internal training programs to upgrade the skills of existing employees in AI.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation in the field of AI.

• Demonstrated experience in leading AI strategy and large-scale execution.

• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, platforms, and market dynamics.

• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.

• Capability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.

• Candidates should have a background in a major IT Services environment, preferably with a strong pedigree in Indian IT Services.

• Must have personally developed and scaled significant businesses in Data, Cloud, and AI.

• Background should not be limited to consulting, delivery, operations, or corporate strategy roles.
