Chief Architect, Design Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and adjust residential floor plans and elevations utilizing Chief Architect.

• Generate precise construction drawings and presentation layouts.

• Modify plans according to client and designer input.

• Create cabinet layouts, room elevations, and detailed designs.

• Organize and uphold project documentation.

• Collaborate remotely with our design team to ensure timely project completion.

• Adhere to project deadlines while ensuring a high degree of accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient working knowledge of Chief Architect (mandatory).

• Background in producing residential construction drawings.

• Capability to read and interpret architectural plans.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.

• Strong communication abilities through phone, email, and video conferences.

• Dependable internet connection and a functional home office setup.

• Preferred Qualifications: Background in kitchen and bath design.

• Understanding of cabinetry and millwork.

• Experience with 3D rendering and presentation views.

• Familiarity with residential construction methods.
