This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and deployment of LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines in a production environment.

• Designing AI architectures that encompass retrieval, embeddings, vector databases, and tool integration.

• Linking AI components with existing systems and data sources.

• Crafting clean and high-performance services primarily using Python.

• Integrating with .NET/C# components and, if necessary, within MS Dynamics environments.

• Creating interfaces and end-to-end data flows.

• Adhering to documentation standards throughout the work process.

• Engaging in reviews and contributing to the continuous enhancement of solution quality.

• Collaborating across disciplines within the Lekker Code team.

• Actively participating in the development of the AI competency area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Python.

• Ability to write clean and maintainable code.

• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Practical knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, and prompt/context engineering.

• Experience with C# / .NET is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Willingness to explore additional technologies depending on project needs.

• Background in agile projects, particularly utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Proficiency in German at a business level (verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse).
