• Act as a key member of the senior leadership team

• Formulate and implement a cohesive operational strategy

• Ensure that the organization's infrastructure and resources are robust and efficiently utilized

• Partner with senior leadership to define organizational priorities

• Serve as the guardian of organizational well-being

• Vast experience managing finance, legal/compliance, and technology operations in mission-oriented organizations

• Advanced knowledge of risk management, governance, and regulatory systems

• Demonstrated success in developing and enhancing operational systems

• Strong financial insight

• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and information governance

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities
