Chemical Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert, professional solutions to all customers, ensuring their business remains profitable and their clients are satisfied with a clean, shiny, and dry vehicle each time they utilize our products.

• Oversee site chemical conversions and installations while keeping customers updated on progress.

• Monitor customer levels and take charge of Chemical Inventory, as well as replenish orders for sites within your responsibility.

• Conduct NCS Site Surveys utilizing the provided template.

• Support and execute corporate accounts (CTC) in accordance with established protocols.

• Provide training for on-site revenue programs.

• Conduct basic Technical and Chemistry training for relevant personnel at the location.

• Maintain accurate and current computer records (SF, Portal, Google & CTM) of customers and their concerns.

• Analyze customer outputs and offer recommendations for technical updates or methods to enhance efficiency and wash counts at the designated site.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; alternatively, equivalent practical experience is acceptable.

• Experience in the car wash industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude are required.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all organizational levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess basic computer knowledge.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a team environment.

• Must be a self-starter with high motivation levels.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

• Availability for overnight travel up to 40% based on territory and customer requirements.
