This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of intricate construction management projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Supervise design alternatives and solutions, confirming that all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for various stakeholders, including TSA officials, airport authorities, and main contractors.
• Oversee the daily operations of field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently surpassed.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of airport-related construction, including floor loading capacities, rigging challenges, and electrical systems.
• BA/BS with 8 years of experience OR MA/MS with 6 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of airport construction practices and standards (seismic, electrical, rigging).
• Proficiency in the Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG) for checkpoint operations.
• Proven capability to address compliance issues with federal authorities.
• Clearance: Active DHS Suitability or the capacity to obtain it immediately.
• Specific Experience: Prior project leadership at US airports.
